Greenhouse gases are on the rise, and likely will worsen significantly under the new administration
Rising carbon emissions are one of humanity’s greatest threats—as well as to the ecosystems, and our fellow creatures on earth.
As of late, the world has reached an atmospheric CO2 content of around 427.55 ppm, and approximately speaking, this is the first time the world has reached such a high level of CO2 content in some three million years. Not too long ago, it was in the 300s, despite there being greener executive administrations in place in the USA up until now.
Our new administration is making all of this much worse, with their mandate to drill more for oil and gas at all costs; and while this is taking place, they are canceling and defunding clean energy projects such as with wind and solar energy. Further, to make this worse, the environmental agencies are taking a step back (and most probably many steps back) as less or no attention is being paid to critical services that can help tame the CO2 beast…
